Recraft supports seamless pattern generation for both raster and vector formats. These patterns are tileable by nature, meaning they can be repeated across large areas without noticeable edges. Seamless patterns are commonly used for website backgrounds, social media graphics, presentation visuals, textile and surface design, product packaging, and branding materials.

How to create a seamless pattern

  1. Click the Recraft V3 Raw button to open the Styles panel.
    a. For a raster-based pattern, scroll down to Illustration and select Seamless Digital.
    b. For a scalable vector pattern, scroll down to Vector art and select Seamless Vector.
  2. In the prompt field, describe the pattern you want to generate. You can also adjust visual complexity using the Specify Artistry level slider.
    a. After generation, you can use editing tools to adjust colors, shapes, layout, or iterate on variations.
  3. Export your pattern to PNG, JPEG, TIFF (CMYK), SVG, PDF, or Lottie.
